IF WITHIN 14 DAYS from the date of reception of your purchase you are unhappy with your CMaison purchase please contact us by email contact@cmaison.fr or telephone / fax (+33 5 5904 3578). We will do our best to find a solution to the problem with you.
Please make sure you check your order as soon as possible after receiving it. Note any error in the reference and quantity of each item.

Cmaison will reimburse you for the total amount you paid for the item excluding the delivery cost.

The customer is obliged to return the product to CMaison in perfect condition, unsoiled, unmarked, undamaged in any way, in it’s original packaging, with the original labels and tags attached and accompanied by the purchase invoice. In the case of non-conformity to any of these conditions, CMaison reserves the right to refuse a reimbursement.
