Rustic and generous, made with pork Basque Manex which ensures a marbled, tender meat taste of terroir!

Pork Manex is high in the French Basque country.

It's the commitment of 3 breeders:

  • Jean go farming Iratzia to Lasse (64220)
  • Jean-Leon Larre, of farming Belarrea of Saint-etienne-de-Baigorry (64430)
  • and Jean-Claude Errecart, farming Abotia of Ispoure (64220)

Pigs are raised at least 8 months before being shot at St.-Jean-pied-de-Port (64 220).

Animals are raised within their natural evolution. The farms are small, to preserve the balance and respect for animals. Their food consists 80% of cereals, 15% of canola and sunflower, and 5% salt and minerals.

The pork is guaranteed GMO free, without animal meal, without whey, without fish, without various waste oil for food
